Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (bikinis) and bodysuits unless faulty. All sale items are final sale unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your black dress or casual top arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
