Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Edinburgh boutique! Currently, we’re unable to deliver to select regions in Asia and some remote areas. At checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?

- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – arrives 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: On orders over £50 via EMS – arrives 15-25 days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
Once your floral dress or new jeans are on their way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your wardrobe! Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly by location.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love every piece! You may return unworn, tags-attached items within 15 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Please email [email protected] to initiate your return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and ask you to place a new order for your desired size or style. This ensures you get your perfect fit as quickly as possible!
What if my item arrives damaged?
